(the only) One of a kind

I am convinced there is only one of me in this world. None like me. This applies to anyone. There has never been and will never be anyone like you in the entire history of the universe. If you die today, the earth will still spin, the sun will rise and people will go about their life, bussiness as usual. But one thing that is certain is that without you, the world will not be the same. It may seem almost the same, but it is different enough that the Creator of this world will notice. Your absence will have changed the course of world history and its time stamp forever. And that, my friends, is the reality that I have come to realise and cherish. This is why I have the notion of falling in love with everyone I meet. I made them feel things, they made me feel things, they are the only one of their kind that the history of the entire earth has ever seen, and at one point in time, for whatever reason, be it fate or coincidence, they were standing in front of me, having entered my life whether to stay for long or for a brief visit.  I loved everyone because there was none like any one of them. They all came and changed my life, for the worse or for the better. I have many friends, but I don’t yet have you, so I will come to you and talk to you, I will ask you questions and I will try and learn you and understand you, so I can cherish you and love you.

I am convinced, that people are truly like rare treasures. In fact, people are beyond rare, because only one of each kind exists. So I think we should all live life with pride, because only you can live your life the way you do, and there is and will always be only one of you.
