Where does your true allegiance lie

How I despise the foolishness of ignoring the almighty God. My strength shall not come from the comfort of my mind or my body nor from the company of great men and women, not the abundance of food and resources, not the lack of needs and the fulfilment of my self interests but may my strength come from my Saviour only, who died and rose again, so that we may not perish but instead live forever. His name, his love cannot be taken away from me as it was not I who attained it but God who gave it to me freely to fulfil his will. Let everything else fade away and become dim in my life, as long as Christ is bold and alive in my heart. Glory to God forever.
